• Identify possibilities for cost reduction, and business development, material flow improvement.
• Review orders to arrange items to be stocked and shipped.
• Create and manage comprehensive financial reporting on all import activities consisting of order management, logistics, and shipping.
• Assure that the logistics system is conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal customs laws.
• Guarantee that logistics activities are in agreement with United States Customs and Border Protection regulations.
• Recruit, lead, and train workers in inventory management and shipping methods.
• Develop and monitor international routing instructions for suppliers.
