Increased intracranial (in-tra-CRANE-ee-al) pressure (ICP) means greater than normal pressure on the brain. It results from a greater volume of fluid or swelling of the brain. Watch for one or more of these signs in your child: Call the doctor if you notice any signs of increased intracranial pressure or if you have any questions or
concerns. Your child may not have all of the signs and symptoms. Call 911 if your child: You may give your child his normal foods unless your doctor tells you otherwise. If you have not been given an appointment, call the doctor's office. It is very important to keep all appointments. If
